The Modern Queer Tarot

The Modern Queer Tarot is a 78 card deck of archetypes embodied by historical queer figures and events. It was conceptualized and written by Robert Barber and John CCallaghan, who commissioned me to illustrate the deck in 2021. Each of the 22 Major Arcana cards were painted by hand in Acrylic Gouache, the remaining minor arcana were illustrated digitally. The deck was completed in 2024.
